The Field Supervisor position is a high energy fast paced fun environment position. The primary objective of the Field Supervisor is to Drive Revenue and get our hard-earned claims approved for full scopes of work. Tasks would include but not limited to: Walking roofs and taking adjuster appointments, creating specs, canvassing with sales reps to help drive sales and coach best practices, learning supplement procedures, taking onsite photos/measurements of homes, filling out adjuster reports, working reinspects, occasional travel to other markets.

Requirements

Filed Supervisor Qualifications:

• Sales employee who has passed the MQI
• A history of excellence with internal and external customer service with an ability to foster a team environment
• Proven track record of Claims production
• Excellent communication and organizational skills Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs without assistance
• Must be able to carry, setup, teardown, climb, and secure a 20 ft extension ladder
• Must be willing to work with sales reps in territory after appointments canvassing for new business
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Must be able to show proficiency in Sugar usage and a willingness to learn new software platforms
• Must be comfortable with heights or willing to learn to how to feel comfortable on steep and tall roofs
• Strong work ethic and extensive knowledge on the claims process
