Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.
Our Field Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Head of Events in ensuring proper execution of all events to maximize brand awareness and ROI. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, extremely detail oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working on a variety of events/projects. The candidate will be involved in several aspects of event logistics. This includes supporting and enhancing the overall results of event objectives, researching thought leadership opportunities, generating buzz around prospects at events, and coordinating scheduling, servicing, packing, and shipments. Up to 25% of travel is also required.
Salary requirements: $60,000-$70,000k
Requirements
Wed love it if you have:
- 1-3 years of event marketing and/or event coordinating experience
- Must have experience working events or tradeshow
- Knowledge of G-suite, Asana, CRM knowledge, Hubspot
- Ability to travel
