What You'll Do:

Install and maintain networks that provide wired and wireless connectivity along with video and voice services to the end user. You will be learning all the attributes of deploying mid to large scale network solutions for residential, municipal, and commercial Internet applications.

• Processing work orders in a timely manner

• Monitoring system performance and customer complaints
• Interact with end users to identify any potential problems
• Collaborate with team members to learn the skills and tasks for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of wired & wireless HSIA, video, and VOIP hardware/software
• Learn to evaluate job sites to assess optimal placement of hardware and communicates with customers to review the installation process

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant exposure with CATV, DirecTV (including residential single family and MFH2/D2 systems), DISH Network QAM, DOCSIS, Ethernet, Fiber, and Wi-Fi systems in an MDU/Hospitality/commercial environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 6 months minimum previous experience working in the field or in an installation-related environment
• Successful completion of background investigation, MVR and drug screening.
• Ability to travel to neighboring cities
• Possibility to be on-call 24/7 during a standard on-call rotation. When on-call must respond within 60 minutes of being called
• Available to work some weekends and evening hoursas needed
• Availability to travel locally
