We are looking for an Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our growing outpatient mental health facility. It is a full time position (40 hours a weeks. Benefits include PTO, health and dental and a 401K). The position is for the night shift, which is flexible with the office closing at 8:00pm. No weekends or holidays! We promote from within and provide growth. The practice is located in Phoenixville, PA. The hours are Monday thru Thursday 9:30am-8:00pm. With this position every weekend is a long weekend.
Duties include:
- Providing word processing, general clerical and receptionist support to the Administrative Office.
- Greet and interact with clients appropriately, demonstrating a welcoming attitude, through phone or direct contact.
- Answer phones and route messages promptly and appropriately.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using electronic medical records system.
- Reconcile cash and credit card copayments daily.
- Process mail, faxes and maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
- Interact with co-workers in a helpful manner and foster high morale.
Requirements
Organizational skills!
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Medical office and EMR experience is a big plus.
