About this Role

Glorious is a lifestyle gaming hardware company, built by passionate enthusiasts on a mission to change the status quo of the PC gaming industry. Since 2014 we've provided PC gaming hardware and accessories engineered for elite-level performance, premium quality, and high-end aesthetics.

Our company is rapidly growing, and as part of that growth, we are looking for an organized and analytical Fulfillment Specialist to join our Logistics team. This person will handle B2B shipments and related communication to retail partners, coordinate outbound freight and 3PL, and take on other logistics tasks as directed.

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay organized. If you're a self-starter who works well under pressure and has a track record of hitting deadlines, we encourage you to apply.

This position reports to the Logistics Manager. The person in this role will work cross-collaboratively with our entire Logistics and Operations teams, and will also communicate externally with our B2B and retail partners.



Compensation

The starting annual salary for this role is $50,000-55,000 USD depending on knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographical location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily outbound shipping and fulfillment
  • Process and fulfill domestic B2B orders through EDI, ERP, and our 3PL warehouse
  • Communicate with 3PL contacts regarding fulfillment issues, freight delivery scheduling, shipping claim management, and oversee problem resolution
  • B2B order management and fulfillment
  • Track and resolve vendor disputes
  • Manage RMA/returns to refurbishment center
  • Maintain updates and tracking of all pending outbound shipments through our project management tool (Asana)
  • Communicate with B2B/retail partners regarding order statuses/updates
  • Communicate with team members regarding updates, delays, or issues

Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States or Canada
  • Professional fluency in English
  • A reliable internet connection
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain
  • Experience with and understanding of ERP, EDI, and WMS
  • Strong technical competency with web-based software, including (but not limited to) NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify
  • Interest in and knowledge of PC gaming/hardware or similar fields is a big plus, but not required: it helps to have an interest in what youre working with, though!
