Summary

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking and packing incoming delivery orders, reconciling and packing ordnance totes and restocking shelves in an organized manner. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator, detail-oriented, collaborative, and reliable. This role has access to confidential and proprietary trade secrets as well as product data so integrity and high levels of discretion is required. A Fulfillment Associate I must be committed to working safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as compliance regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Use warehouse computer terminals, scanners, and management system to maintain accurate inventory records
• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack incoming delivery orders
• Verbally notify management regarding any inventory exceptions, damaged or non-conforming products or any other inventory issues
• Reconcile and pack ordnance totes
• Mark and label inventory stock totes as needed
• Assist dispatch with the onloading and offloading of ordnance totes that contain daily inventory products from delivery vehicles as needed
• Follow all MARCURSA or related federal and state laws regulations and/or policies relative to the shipping, packaging, tracking and distribution of cannabis products in California
• Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
• Ensure compliance with all PPE and safety protocols at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
• Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment
• Ability to work on several tasks/projects simultaneously, prioritize, and follow through to successful outcomes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully navigate in an ambiguous environment
• Travel may be required
• 21 years of age

Physical requirements/Working conditions

• Primarily work in a warehouse environment
• Prolonged use of PC
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, reach, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs
• Repetitive hand motion with keyboard, mouse, handwriting, and filing
• Ability to frequently stand, speak, and hear
