Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Austin Texas
Salary: $45,000 with OTE's of $75,000 (Uncapped Commission)
Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing recruitment company specializing in tech and network engineering. Based in Austin Texas, they offer their employees the flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, as well as opportunities to work abroad. They have a fun, social, and competitive culture, and we are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join their team as a Recruitment Consultant.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a range of tech and network engineering roles
- Negotiating job offers and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on your recruitment activity
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve company goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree level education
- Money motivated
- The ability to build relationships and network effectively
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
