Timberlake & Dickson, Inc., a leading provider of HVAC equipment, parts, and service, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Parts Group manager to maintain our inventory of parts and equipment, and to serve walk-in customers. Knowledge about HVAC systems and warehouse operations is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store parts and equipment in the warehouse
• Monitor inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed
• Fulfill requests for parts and equipment from our internal sales team and our walk-in and call-in customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Assist with the delivery of parts and equipment to job sites as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center and/or customer service environment desired
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and equipment is a plus
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
