The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the development and implementation of technology-related projects within the organization. The IT Project Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.

Responsibilities:

Developing project plans and budgets, and tracking progress against them

Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance testers, and technical writers

Oversee the allocation of funds, as well as availability of resources required for a project

Conduct risk assessments to identify factors capable of minimizing success of a project

Communicating project status to stakeholders and senior management

Coordinating the integration of new systems and technologies into existing infrastructure

Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality

Providing technical guidance and leadership to project team members

Assessing the impact of new technologies on the organization and developing strategies to address any potential challenges

Requirements

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus

Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams

Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
