WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Integration Specialist / Coach to join Wondermed and play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize the healing industry, specifically in the field of ketamine-assisted therapy.

As the Lead Integration Specialist / Coach, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive coaching training program, overseeing coaching operations, creating integration programs, managing Wondermed's coaching team, and contributing to various marketing initiatives. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional support and guidance to our patients, resulting in higher patient satisfaction and mental health outcomes.

Requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE:

On a day-to-day basis, the Lead Integration Specialist / Coach will interface directly with the executive team and other business units to develop and execute the growth and operations strategy for the Wondermed brand and its patients.

What youll do:

• Develop training course materials and curriculum for a full training program for coaches, both within and outside the organization.
• Standardize the training modules through video teachings to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Design a training program schedule/structure that incorporates asynchronous and synchronous sections, such as live Zoom sessions and Q&A sessions.
• Conduct coaching sessions, including a 30-minute prep session before the initial appointment and a 60-minute integration session after the session.
• Help patients make sense of their experiences, set goals related to their intentions, and build rapport with coaches for ongoing support.
• Determine pricing and payment structures for coaching sessions, ensuring a balance between affordability and revenue generation.
• Highlight the coaching sessions as a selling point to reassure prescribing doctors and promote patient loyalty.
• Enhance the therapeutic experience by expanding the music offerings for ketamine journeys.
• Utilize music editing skills, software, and equipment to create customized Wondermed music tracks with branded intros.
• Develop longer music tracks and create customized therapy tracks for a more immersive experience for our patients
• Assist in managing challenging patient communications and create FAQs for B2B support materials for integration coaches.
• Operationalize the training and onboarding of new integration coaches.
  
  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of life coaching and/or guiding psychedelic based therapy and integrations, with a track record of client success.
  • An effective communicator who can clearly articulate decisions and mobilize support for key initiatives.
  • Ability to provide direction, feedback, and insights on creative work with internal and external teams.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt and rapidly changing environment
  
  
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience as an integration coaching leader, specifically within healthcare
  • Personal and professional interest in addressing issues found within the healthcare system and developing the future around mental healthcare treatments.
