We are currently seeking a skilled Lowboy Driver to join our growing company. A focus on safety and safe driving, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability are a must.

Job Details

• $23 per hour and up depending on experience.
• 50 or more hours per week (no weekend work).
• Home at night.
• Year-round employment (no winter layoffs).

Requirements

• Class A CDL is required.
• An excellent driving record is required.
• Previous truck driving experience required.
• Haul heavy equipment between jobsites and shop in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload heavy equipment and other large items as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections of semi, lowboy trailer and heavy equipment.
• Ensure all parts of the truck and load are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• When not hauling heavy equipment, tasks may include shop work, maintenance, and repairs, and assisting field crews.
• Must communicate and interact with a variety of employees, managers, and owners daily.
• Requires self-motivated work habits and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds individually or as a team when carrying loads heavier than 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl throughout each day.
• Willingness to abide by all company safety rules. Safety training will be provided on the job and via formal training.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment (post-offer) DOT drug screen.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
