The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the supply chain management of the finished product to ensure it is promptly delivered to customers. This position will not be fulfilling orders but will assess and manage the order status.


Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new vendors and maintaining of the relationship.
  • Finding and solving internal and vendor inventory feed discrepancies. Entering and adjusting records when necessary.
  • Solving any delays in shipment and receiving.
  • Tracking customer orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Administrative and data entry tasks.
  • Reconciliation of fulfillments.
  • Reporting of deliveries and tracking information.
  • Warehouse planning and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Additional duties as necessary.


Supervisory Experience
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.


Travel

This position will not require traveling.

Work Environment
This is an in-person job that operates in a professional environment subject to state and local health ordinances. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in the logistical field.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Collaborative and works well with others.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Pay Range
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
