ARServices, Limited (ARServices) is seeking a Market Research & Competitive Analysis Coordinator based in northern Virginia to support our U.S. Federal growth strategy. The Market Research & Competitive Analysis Coordinator will provide market research and business development (BD) support across capture, marketing, and proposal development within our BD operations.

Qualifications

  • Individual Contributor Role
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office 365 Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Demonstrated expertise in market research and competitive analysis in U.S. Federal Government Contracting Market
  • Expertise in market/client analysis to identify and qualify prime and subcontracting opportunities relative to company capabilities
  • Experience in business capture processes from opportunity identification through proposal development (gate reviews, color teams, team building, solution development, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise using and recommending market research and competitive analysis tools such as Federal Procurement Data System, SAM. GOV, GovWin, SeaPort-NxG, etc.
  • Key contributor in the development of critical documents such as: white papers, customer and senior executive briefings, proposals (past performance and key personnel resumes), marketing collateral, sources sought and RFI responses
  • Expertise in building and managing impactful relationships with prospective clients and strategic teaming partners
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business writing skills (samples required)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in desktop publishing for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and management of multiple projects
  • Ability to analyze trends and make insightful recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience creating and publishing marketing materials on multiple social media platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum 7 years in federal government contracting
  • In-person position located at company HQ in Falls Church, VA
