ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will work with management to develop strategy, content creation, and engagement across Clneras social media channels and organizing marketing efforts. You will partner directly with departments to create relevant and engaging marketing materials and internal communications.


WHAT YOULL DO

  • Design and develop a wide range of marketing and communication materials for internal and external use, including items like brochures, presentations, and employee communications.
  • Organize, execute, and enhance company communication initiatives and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency for internal and external marketing and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop brand-consistent electronic and print marketing and communication materials.
  • Work with management to create and maintain a positive public image through effective communication with internal and external partners.
  • Support community, public relations, and investor relations initiatives, such as press releases, press kits, announcements, and events.
  • Develop relevant and engaging content for social media channels and the company website.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data, metrics, and trends to assess impact of marketing efforts, including SEO.
  • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
  • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing (social media, content, digital, etc), communications, public relations, or related field.
  • Technology:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, and processes.
    • Proven ability using social media platforms in a marketing capacity.
    • Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator and other relevant tools.
  • Skills/Attributes:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, adapt to a continually evolving environment, and oversee programs and projects independently.
    • Professional level verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to develop effective messaging for a variety of audiences.
