We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing/Proposal and Business Development Coordinator to join our fast paced and dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is a multi-faceted growth role covering all aspects of marketing and business development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Marketing - Assume responsibility for proposal production and coordination as assigned.
- Establish and manage proposal schedules and checklists.
- Set proposal schedule for each assignment.
- Research staff qualifications, previous firm experience, previous firm proposals.
- Develop, organize, and maintain database of materials necessary for proposal submission.
- Develop and maintain staff resumes.
- Develop graphical content (e.g., organization charts, info graphics, photographs) with project team and graphics specialists. Coordinate proposal information with any subconsultants.
- Develop, organize, and standardize materials necessary for presentations.
- Frequently monitor websites for advertisement of new solicitations.
- Maintain company database (Vision) opportunities, clients, and contacts.
- Upkeep and submission of prequalification packages.
Business Development - Drive the client management program for an assigned region (TX and other states TBD).
- Develop and implement a regional industry involvement plan.
- Maintain awareness of all current and future solicitations from clients within an assigned region.
- Maintain company database (Deltek Vision) opportunities, clients, and contacts.
Requirements - Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing or related courses, or in engineering.
- Experience in Engineering and Transportation sector preferably with the TxDOT procurement process.
- 7-12 years of experience with an A/E/C company.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe InDesign. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Significant writing and editing experience and abilities.
- Ability to complete work assignments independently.
