What you'll be doing
As the Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with other members of the team to lead innovation and strategic ideation for marketing proposals for our clients that are exhaustive of experiential, retail, social, commerce, and digital content channels. You will also work cross-functionally to craft strategic program packages in pre-sales and execute campaigns in post-sales. The Marketing Manager will be a self-starter, highly proactive, and a delightful collaborator.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, creativity, and attention to detail combined with a thorough understanding of all emerging marketing channels, as well as experience working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- The ideal candidate should also have experience crafting presale clients' proposals incorporating data/insights, tactical strategy, and creative storytelling.
- Experience working cross-functionally as a program manager, leading complex custom client campaigns is key to success.
