We are looking to add fine metal fabricator and craftsman to our production studio in Avon, Oh
We're are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and would put their name on every product that leaves our facility. Are you a skilled fabricator with a desire to produce incredible products? Are you passionate about working in a collaborative environment and leaving your mark on every product? What our craftsman DO
We work with unique and custom pieces to provide only the finest products. Our craftsmen work in Metal Fabrication, Fiberglass Restoration, Fabrication, Paint Preparation, Painting, Finishing, and Final Assembly. You will work beside your fellow craftsman to to execute daily, weekly, and monthly plans for production. Each product we make is unique and will not be cut and paste. Craftsman will use problem solving to achieve a flawless piece of art. You MUST be open to working as a team to achieve these outcomes.
Our metal fabricator NEEDs to be highly experience in working with aluminum and comfortable welding custom pieces on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Flexibility in job responsibilities throughout any given day
- Must have the desire to be a true craftsmen creating products you would put your reputation on
- Must be a team player who works well with others, and mentor new hires
- 5+ years working in the metal fabrication (MIG Welding)
- Experience working with hand tools
- Attitude, Attitude, Attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
