AmpThink, a leading builder of large, complex networks for companies in the sports and entertainment, commercial real estate, and industrial markets, is looking for a Network Admin to join its team at the Amway Center. As the Network Admin, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the network infrastructure of the Amway Center. You will work closely with both the Amway Center IT department and AmpThinks team of network engineers and technicians to provide excellent service and support to clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Amway Centers network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance
- Ensure network security and resilience
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to manage and support network
- Provide technical support to onsite clients and third-party vendors
- Document and maintain network configurations and diagrams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a network administrator
- CCNA level knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls - CCNP preferred
- Familiarity with wireless LANs and WANs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with non-technical departments.
