In March 2022, Later was acquired by Boston-based influencer marketing platform Mavrck(link removed) The Mavrck platform allows large enterprise brands to automate their influencer marketing strategy for smoother partnerships and performance on campaigns. Together, were helping connect creators & marketers together to grow their social followings and businesses on social media.


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Coordinator to manage our Boston office and support our coworking space program for employees based in our hubs of Vancouver, Toronto, Denver, and London UK. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills.


What youll be doing

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Boston office, including managing mail and deliveries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors to the Boston office, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
  • Coordinate with facilities and property management to ensure the Boston office is well-maintained, managing repairs and maintenance requests, and managing visitor passes.
  • Manage and schedule conference rooms and meeting spaces, ensuring they are set up and ready for use.
  • Support the coworking space program by coordinating with location managers in Vancouver, Toronto, Denver, and London to ensure a seamless experience for employees who utilize the spaces.
  • Work with HR, IT, and Finance to support general administration to ensure employees have the tools and resources they need to be successful.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including catering, audiovisual needs, and room setup.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including financial records, vendor contracts, and employee information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office coordination, operations, events, or a related field.
  • Experience working with both in-person and remote teams in various time zones.
  • Experience managing employee experience budgets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Familiarity with coworking spaces and facilities management preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
