Responsibilities - Work on Media team to manage digital creative traffic process for all campaigns and tactics
- Work with integrated team and Agency partners to ensure creative traffic deadlines are met by building and managing a timeline and ensuring all assets are delivered in a timely manner
- Manage all requests and tickets are in Asana for all key stake holders to deliver per the timeline deliverable dates
- Ensure all specs are exact and all creative sizing and messaging is correct upon ask and delivery of assets
- Develop creative rotation recommendations as needed and ensure not over-creating assets
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teams and ensure detailed and accuracy of communication
- Deliver requested marketing assets, ensure accuracy against products, key messages, and technical specs
- Develop UTM taxonomy and naming conventions alongside agency partners for all campaigns
- Ability to work and master all projects in a work-flow management tool
Requirements - Minimum 3+ years Marketing Project Management or creative traffic experience preferred, or experience in similar Marketing roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and customer contacts.
- Strong leadership skills, collaborative working style and proven ability to influence and manage cross-team projects.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets, while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
