Fast paced Pediatric Dental practice is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly Patient Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service. This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5 pm. Relevant experience required.

- Answering phones with a smile. You are the voice of the practice and an extension of the atmosphere of our office.
- Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment
- Payment collections
- Insurance Verification
- Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
- Duties will be increased with more experience
- Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
- Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.
Requirements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:
- Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
- Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
- Minimum of 1 yr experience medical front desk (dental experience preferred)
- Minimum of 1 yr experience verifying medical/dental insurances
