Physicians Hearing Network is the largest, fastest growing provider of hearing healthcare exclusive to physicians. We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to add to our corporate team. This position will: - Answer incoming calls patient calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Make outbound scheduling calls to patient lists for assigned practices
- Conduct insurance verifications
- Order supplies, conduct inventory, and ship items for clinics
- Assist in onboarding new employees and special projects
- Provide support to our field managers and health care providers
Requirements - Proven experience in a medical front desk or customer service role
- Experience in insurance verification
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in using Dropbox
- Exemplary customer service
- Highly organized and professional
