Aethon Energy Operating LLC (Aethon) Pipeline Foreman will reports directly to the District Superintendent of the North Louisiana Field Operations. This position will work alongside the existing field management team in North Louisiana to manage and oversee the daily operations and budget of the areas pipeline assets. HSE compliance and asset integrity will be key focal points of this role as they pertain to the pipeline assets of the North Louisiana area. This position will be responsible for the direct supervision of the company personnel assigned to the pipeline systems as well as oversee any contractors performing work on Aethon s behalf.

Requirements

• Manage expenditures and complete monthly accruals against the MOE budgets for the assets
• Ensure procedures are developed and followed for the assets that comprise the pipeline systems
• Oversee the daily aspects and continual improvement of the pipeline asset integrity program
  • Develop and maintain a pigging and batch treatment schedule on the Company Pipeline System
  • Manage the contract/company pigging crew
  • Ensure fluid sampling from pipeline systems and coordinate sample results with Corrosion Engineering
  • Work closely with field personnel and OCC to plan pigging operations for field
  • Utilize eMaint for required documentation associated with pigging operations
• Work with SCADA consultant and OCC to maintain Cygnet systems
• Oversee valve maintenance and repairs on pipeline systems in assigned area
• Identification, procurement, and management of critical spare inventory will be critical to this role
• Assist engineering and construction with any in line inspections performed on the field laterals
• Maintain Veriforce Credentials associated with the regulated pipelines in the area
• Develop and manage ROW maintenance program including mowing, reclamation, erosion control, and vegetation control
• Serve as liaison to aerial patrols and dispatch appropriate personnel to investigate anomalies found
• Work with asset integrity team to manage the annual pig door inspection program
• Demonstrate basic understanding of natural gas flow dynamics in terms of pressure and velocity
• Develop and coordinate isolation plans for segments of pipe that must be taken down for maintenance activities
• Coordinate PSSR and commissioning of new pipe laterals and installations
• Oversee the process of decommissioning and pickling pipeline assets as applicable
• Serve as point of contact for field to manage cathodic protection surveys and necessary repairs
• Utilize the company MOC process to propose necessary modifications and drive to completion upgrades that will allow for additional line pigging and inspections
• Assist in the management of DOT compliance programs for pipeline systems
• Work with personnel in Dallas office to ensure accurate mapping of gathering lines in the area
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
