An important member of the Albireo Energy team, The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project logistics, procurement, and subcontractor contracts. Known formerly as Alabama Controls, the Alabama office of Albireo Energy offers an opportunity in a well-established office that boasts impressive employee tenures, competitive pay and benefits, and longstanding client relationships across the state! Duties: - Manage Open Receivables
- Material Procurement & Tracking
- Issuing of Purchase Orders
- Logistics
- Maintain Warranty Letters and Dates in AX
- Manage Subcontractor Contracts, POs, and matching AR Receipt to Subcontractor Invoices.
- Answer Phones
- Assist Project Managers as Requested
- Maintain Active list of Spare Parts
Requirements - Associates degree, including college courses in accounting or business preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including experience with ERP/IT systems Dynamics AX experience preferred.
- Displays strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting functions (AP, Percentage of Completion method) and ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments (including Operations and Accounting).
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
