Dunlop Manufacturing Inc., a fast growing manufacturer for the Music Industry located in Benicia, is looking for a Hot Stamping personnel to join production their team.

Under general supervision the hot stamping production worker is responsible for production of Dunlop Decorative Hot Stamped Parts before they are sent to other areas to complete the manufacturing of various accessories.

Requirements

• Set up and operation of Hot Stamping Presses, Hot Stamping Dies, Decorative Foils, and Machine Fixtures
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that product specifications are met.
• Obtain, move, and sort products, materials, containers, and orders, using hand tools.
• Operate multiple production equipment: Hot stamping presses, weigh scales, band saw, metal shear, hand tools, and razor knife.
• General packaging of components in boxes, bags, containers along with labeling and sealing.
• Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools.
• Move boxes of products from place to place
• Must work safely and follow all safety guidelines

Physical Requirements

• Use hands and fingers to frequently perform the following processes: loading parts onto Hot Stamping Machine Nests, manual assembly and set up of hot stamping metal dies, and bagging equipment
• Visual capability to identify and detect small imperfections in color, shape, and surface finish of hot stamped plastic parts
• Occasionally lifts boxes up to 15 lbs while loading and unload material carts and shelves
• Occasionally lifts Die holders up to 10 lbs when setting up Hot Stamping equipment
• Requires bending, standing, twisting, squatting and lifting throughout the shift.

• Long periods of standing or sitting (availability to alternate)

Benefits

Competitive Salary commensurate with ability. The pay range is initially set to be between $15.50 - $16.50 per hour.
