Position Overview:
North West Roofing is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Roofing Quality Control Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication with clients and various departments before, during, and after roofing projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure a great client experience by maintaining clear and efficient communication channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and an outgoing personality to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates throughout the roofing process.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as sales, production, and collections to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and conduct pre-project meetings to set expectations and review project details with clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain a tidy job site
- Support Project managers, superintendents, and supervisors
- Support and oversee the production process
- Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any outstanding matters.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, project specifications, and any changes or modifications made during the project.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall client experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal departments.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Proactive and driven approach to problem-solving and addressing client needs.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work well under pressure and in less then ideal weather if needed
- Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality work.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and software for effective coordination.
- Previous experience in a customer service or project coordination role is preferred.
