Ultimate Care NY is a leading home health care services provider in New York, and we are seeking a Provider Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. As a Provider Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships and partnerships with healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical, sales, and operations teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our network of providers.

As our Provider Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission of providing quality home health care services and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to support client care
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and operations teams to identify new provider opportunities
• Develop and implement provider training and education programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries
• Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate provider contracting and credentialing processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business)
• 3-5 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare sales
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and industry trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently

Salary: 70-75k (depending on experience)
