Windermere Real Estate is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team of agents in providing excellent service to our clients. Our administrative assistant will play a critical role in maintaining our exceptional level of professionalism and integrity, while providing the administrative support necessary for our agents to succeed.
In this role, you will work closely with our agents to ensure that all paperwork is accurately completed and submitted on time, assist with scheduling appointments and showings, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for an organized and efficient individual with great communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Assist agents with completing and submitting all necessary paperwork
- Schedule appointments and arrange showings for agents
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with any inquiries
- Monitor and manage calendars for agents
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in real estate industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult clients and situations
Benefits
- Hourly pay is $18 to $20 DOE
- Part-time or Full-time position available
