Our Sun Valley-Hailey office is looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Specialist to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate Sales Specialist's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
- Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
Requirements
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Strong listening skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Must be 18+
