In the role
Were looking for a part-time Research & Development Specialist to join our team. You will enter a transformative tech company at the ground level and become an instrumental part of its growth. You'll join an A-level team of professionals from highly successful leading companies, such as Airbnb, Lyft, WeWork, Sonder, Postmates, and many more. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a vital role in shaping the company's growth by bringing fresh ideas, evaluating market trends, and driving innovation across various aspects of the business.

Requirements
- Discover and curate a diverse range of products, services, and offerings that cater to our dynamic workspace needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to drive forward innovative marketing initiatives that captivate our target audience and fuel lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure all projects and initiatives align with our brand, maintaining a consistent and on-brand experience for our clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across teams to launch cross-departmental R&D projects that align with quarterly company goals
- Stay ahead of the market trends through rigorous competitor analysis, driving our procurement strategies forward.
- Analyze and optimize costs associated with workspace offerings, marketing initiatives, and cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets.
- Drive successful project implementation by prioritizing attention to detail, adhering to accurate timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in building robust SOPs that empower our teams to seamlessly navigate vendor, service provider, and team handoffs, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
