Role: Customer contract Admin Analyst I

Job Description:

Qualifications:
Education high school required, college preferred.
Ms Access and very strong excel is required. Pivot tables, Vlookups. macros is a plus

Resposibilities:
Process distributor chargebacks accurately and efficiently.
Resolve non-pricing errors and maintain proper formatting.
Coordinate customer account research and partner cross-references.
Follow standard procedures, use tools effectively, and optimize results.
Manage the entire chargeback process, from submission to settlement.
Collaborate with distributors to improve processes and prevent errors.
Address chargeback issues and claim processing errors with other teams.
Minimize financial exposure and rebate reserves from disputed chargebacks.
Research and maintain customer data for dispute resolution and cross-referencing.
Streamline distributor operations while meeting customer needs.
Maintain up-to-date training materials for efficient chargeback processing.
Identify and address gaps in procedures with team leaders.
Provide regular reports on assigned distributors and tasks.
