- Build up from scratch, Act as the partner with Salesforce, take parts of the tool and tailor it to CLIENT. Be a full advisor / liaison of Salesforce to people in the organization.

Job Description:
At high-level, this person will work with me as a "deputy" of sorts filling in the technical expertise gaps. Ideally, I'd love to be able to turn to them and gut-check from a technical perspective what the vendor is telling us.
This person should have knowledge of best practices in software implementations, and in particular have experience having implemented and worked in Salesforce before. They should be familiar with the functionality of Salesforce, plugged into the ecosystem, and generally knowledgeable regarding how that "world" works. Bonus points for certifications and accreditations (I will take the search agency's lead here on what they think should be mandatory ).
This person will work as a partner to our IT team, helping to bridge our broader strategic direction for IT, with the Salesforce implementation.
From the Y side, this person will lead our efforts to deploy to production, managing the coordination of all vendors, and the execution of relevant tasks.
From the Y side, this person will provide technical expertise and support regarding the integrations needed to achieve scoped requirements.
This person will partner with our SMEs and vendors, translating business needs to technical requirements, when needed.
This person will identify and problem-solve around risks to maintenance and scalability of the system.
This person will help to create the internal/external infrastructure to successfully support the Salesforce application once live. They will be a critical member of the go-live rollout team.
