Programmer Analyst
The two Programmer Analyst 6 positions will work as contract resources for the Client on a project for the Client. The resources will act in a developer and analyst role for a public loan forgiveness submission website and an internal submission review and approval web application. The resources will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements. The application will be written with .NET 6 CORE using REST web services.

5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
5+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team.
5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces.
5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience.
5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces.
5+ years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements.
3+ years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website.
5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working for a Sprint Development team.
3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository.
5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software.
5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests.
5+ years of experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding logging into software functionality).
Familiarity with Oracle database preferred.
Familiarity with Design patterns preferred.
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be local or relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays. Will need to be onsite starting day 1 for hybrid work schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
