Ridgefield, CT Contract Duration: 12-36 months Rate: Negotiable Responsibilities: - Excellent employment opportunity for a HCP Media Coordinator in the Ridgefield, CT area.
- Position can be Remote, but would prefer someone local.
- The HCP Media Coordinator assists the in-house HCP Media Planners and Buyers with all HCP-media related activities.
- Assists HCP Media Planners and Buyers with all activities needed to manage media activations, including coordinating with HCP media platforms, internal brand and cross-functional teams, and media activation agency.
- Cross-checking, updating and proofreading media plan presentations.
- Coordinating RFPs and proposals delivery from various media platforms.
- Assisting in-house media planners and buyers with managing media flowcharts and budget reconciliations.
- Coordinating meetings with media platforms, in-house media planners and buyers, internal brand teams, media activation agency and internal cross-functional teams (Sourcing, A&I, Finance, Agency Operations, etc.).
- Pulling ad-hoc reports from various sources as needed.
- Assisting with target list uploads to media platforms.
- Creating conference reports for all meetings.
- Following up with responsible parties for all identified action items.
Experience: - Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 2+ years professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Must have exceptional prioritization skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, requests and deliverables.
- Ability to function in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to function autonomously while working collaboratively.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Required Skills: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, EXCEL, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT
