6-month contract to hire

Keller Schroeder is seeking a C#.NET Developer with experience in an Azure environment to work onsite (hybrid) for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with our direct client in Newburgh, IN.  Sponsorship is not available. This position will work on a team to enhance and add new functions/features through back-end development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications and services using C#.NET in the Azure environment.
• Service and support existing applications developed within the Azure environment.
• Integration with 3^rd party applications and frameworks.
• Be leading part of team developing the organizations Azure Infrastructure.
• Assist with the creation and monitoring of storage environments across multiple cloud deployments.
• Security and governance policies across cloud deployments.
• Assist development staff with the automation of deployments.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience with Microsoft-centric development including C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful services, etc.
• Experience creating APIs.
• Containerized development experience, specifically Docker.
• Azure function development
• Azure App Services
• Azure SQL
• Azure Storage Account
• Experience using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Portal.

Nice to have:

• UX/UI experience a plus, specifically Blazor and/or Razor pages.
