Requirements

Your Role:

Work independently, visiting commercial properties that have needs around roofing and gutter quotes.

Document and share pictures and videos of roofs and gutters with management to facilitate accurate quotes and assessments.

Meet deadlines and work efficiently to achieve sales goals.

Collect and drop off contact information at local multi-family and commercial properties.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

Travel occasionally outside of the St. Louis office (20% of the time).

Set up, secure, and climb a 20-foot extension ladder.

Embrace working outdoors in various weather conditions.


Requirements:

Must pass a thorough background check.

Valid driver's license is required.

Travel for New Hire Orientation and/or Sales Training may be required.

Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.

Thrive in outdoor work environments and adapt to various weather conditions.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary.
