Building on this history we created HomeKeep, a tech enabled home maintenance solution designed to help increase our partners' customer satisfaction and support homebuyers in the maintenance of their most valuable investment.

This remote Territory Sales role will be responsible for selling our expanding suite of solutions to homebuilders, realtors, and a growing number of industries related to the housing market in the Eastern US and Canada. Ideal candidate will live within the territory, with quick access to a major airport.

Responsibilities:

  • First and foremost: Love Technology! We are a growing software company and we want people who love leading edge technologies!
  • Prospect new sales opportunities to increase growth within the territory.
  • Develop a sales pipeline in order to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Think creatively in order to bring fresh ideas and new strategies with regard to business development opportunities and overall growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong internal relationships within the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a strong drive to achieve goals.
  • Utilizes effective, strategic, and disciplined sales processes.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth and early stage business environment.
  • A strong history of quota attainment and excellent performance as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge and effective use of computer software (GoogleWorkspace, 365/Teams, etc)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Experience in the homebuilding, home construction, or home manufacturing industries is a huge plus.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of production in a work-from-home position.
  • Some light travel possible
  • Eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
