Manager Notes

Must be able to work onsite in NYC 4 days/week

TRAVEL - WILL BE REQUIRED to work in their UK office for a week in first month or two on the job.

Make sure candidate has no travel restrictions and passport is ready.

Manager is looking for a Microsoft Guru Azure, O365, Active Directory, Exchange, Terraform Cloud

O365 support for exchange/email, setting up new Azure AD, SSO into SaaS platforms, building out services in Azure. Will be the point person for the US with remainder of team in UK.

Experienced need to understand on-perm infrastructure and migration efforts to cloud (windows servers, VM ware understanding not in depth). IaaS, DNS/http. Financial Services.

Certifications are strongly preferred as team has them:

Certified Azure Admin Associate, CCENT, VCP, etc..

Azure/M365 Engineer

• Build and maintain secure, reliable and scalable Azure infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 and MS Exchange
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration-as-Code (CaaC)
• Hands-on experience with automation/monitoring tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Management of cloud core services; networks topologies, storage, load balancing, virtual machines, databases, containers, messaging, server-less, logging and monitoring.
• DevOps with infrastructure as code; Hashi Corp Terraform and Git.
• Configuration of security controls; Firewalls, Policy, ACLS, IAM, Encryption.
• Scripting (ideally PowerShell.)
• Design, deploy, support Active Directory and Azure AD related technologies (SSO, SCIM, Intune)
• Configuration, management, and monitoring of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework technologies.
• Configuration, management, and monitoring of Microsoft 365 E5 technologies.
• Configuration, management, and monitoring of Microsoft Exchange Online
• Support of Windows Server and client Operating systems.
