The Reporting Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining and distributing accurate financial statements and reports. Furthermore, the position requires a candidate who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and has the ability to analyze data and provide insights to the leadership team in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead all aspects of preparing unaudited quarterly and audited annual consolidated financial statements for Corporate and various Project Entities.
• Prepare and review schedules and supporting documents related to the financial statements and its footnotes, including Statements of Cash Flows, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Statements of Equity.
• Assist with the annual audit process, including the coordination with the Companys financial team and external auditors.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights into the financial performance of the company.
• Assist in the monthly close processes, including the review of flux analysis, and balance sheet account reconciliation for various Project Entities.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and identifying opportunities to enhance, streamline and automate.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting principles and report changes to the leadership team.
• Work collaboratively with the accounting team to ensure that all accounting and financial reporting deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Between 6-9 years of relevant accounting experience with at least 2 years in a management position.

• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and other applicable regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements.

• Be Meticulous you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• Be Highly Organized you have excellent communication skills while coordinating and prioritizing your work to meet deadlines.

Base Salary Range: $125,000- $140,000; Salary Commensurate with Qualifications and Experience.
