The Travel Club Operations Manager is responsible for the administrative component of Soccer Stars United Travel; the competitive club program from Soccer Stars. The Travel Club Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of our Club Soccer Program in the NY-Metro territory. This candidate will provide exemplary levels of operational and administrative oversight and communication across the 25+ travel teams in the NY-Metro region. The Travel Club Operations Manager will report to the Vice President of Soccer Stars United. Essential duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Act as club registrar overseeing league system data entry
- Manage player registration using the GotSoccer Platform
- Conduct parent interface including phone, email correspondence
- Liaise with club/opposition representatives
- Gameday & field coordination
- Provide timely team platform (LeagueApps) updates including
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements
- Passion for Youth Soccer and the club soccer environment
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in competitive or recreational sports program management or administration is plus
- Proficiency in Google G-Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Personable, customer service-oriented
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
