This role will report directly to the CMO and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver thought leadership, digital marketing and content/client inspiration. The goal will be for these marketing efforts to drive measurable revenue growth for the business.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for reporting and analytics capabilities, leveraging advanced reporting and analytics approaches to drive data-informed product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key business requirements and translate them into a product vision and roadmap, incorporating modern data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Work closely with engineering team members to ensure that product requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and delivered on time and within budget, while maximizing data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Drive innovation in reporting and analytics capabilities, using cutting-edge approaches and industry best practices to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of reporting and analytics capabilities and inform ongoing product development and optimization, leveraging statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and ensure that our reporting and analytics capabilities remain competitive and relevant, leveraging modern machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize the product experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on reporting and analytics approaches in eCommerce, preferably in the CPG space.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of advanced data analysis and visualization techniques, as well as statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes, with a strong focus on customer experience and business results.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and using Agile methodologies to drive product development, with a particular emphasis on data-driven decision making.
