We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing properties for acquisition and working closely with the team to negotiate purchases. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the real estate investment industry and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities
- Learn PurchRock's proprietary software to maintain consistency and accuracy of pipeline
- Manage the acquisition process from identifying potential deals to negotiating and closing the transaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, and other industry professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and other legal documents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability and willingness to be coached
- Knowledge of real estate finance and legal contracts
- High School Diploma
Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000
