U.S.Vision, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Optical Sales Manager to join our team. As a retailer of optical products and services operating licensed departments in over 350 retail locations across the United States, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will drive sales and oversee our optical department's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who can lead a team of optical sales associates to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading companies in the retail optical industry.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical sales department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers are greeted, served, and assisted promptly and professionally.
  • Train and motivate optical sales associates to achieve their full potential in sales and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and development of the optical sales department.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the optical retail industry.
  • A current, valid state optical license or certification.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing and coaching sales associates to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management and control.
