Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment following established procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical and engine systems using standard diagnostic tools.
  • Communicate with service managers and customers regarding maintenance and repair needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle/tools/equipment.
  • Follow and maintain compliance with all safety and environmental rules and regulations.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and record keeping for all service activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school education a plus.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the repair and maintenance of construction equipment preferred.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic software and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
