The Vice President of Organizational Development is responsible for leading the learning and development as well as quality assurance teams at Aspirion. This role is responsible for the design and development of high impact learning and development and quality assurance programs, as well as establishing and leading organization-wide development practices, models, and strategies to help Aspirion achieve its growth goals. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. What will you provide? - Consistently demonstrates Aspirions Mission, Vision and Core Values
- Act as a dynamic leader to cultivate a supporting and engaging team culture
- Provide scalable relevant learning and development (L&D) and quality assurance (QA) approaches that strategically align to our business goals and mission
- Responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive L&D programs, to include onboarding, employee development, leadership development and technical training, to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our clients
- Plans, develops and provides a variety of programming using various methods including classroom training, e-learning, seminars and on-the-job training
- Provides expertise, and guidance in design, content development and delivery processes to ensure the highest quality content, and that the training and corresponding materials are integrated and maintained
- Partner and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the company to ensure alignment of their department needs and the L&D roadmap
- Ensure all aspects of design and delivery are connected, high-impact, and meet the needs of a diverse range of users in a hybrid of work environments
- Create, implement, and oversee a comprehensive, scalable QA program, which is designed to ensure and enhance continuous quality of service consistent with established standards and regulations
- Define and implement strategic approaches to grow quality and efficiencies within the QA department
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QA program on a regular basis with a mindset of change management and continuous improvement
- Manage, plan, coordinate and direct the QA program and team members
- Evaluate data and analyzes the effectiveness of programming, identifies trends in quality metrics and partners with operations and L&D teams to develop solutions for gaps
- Ensure the alignment of the L&D and QA teams for cohesive onboarding of new employees
- Lead and develop high performing L&D and QA teams to drive the best in class strategies and build out effective methodologies and tools
- Manage the usage and efficiency of our Learning Management and Quality Assurance Systems, providing data to support the establishment and attainment of KPIs
- Drive key quality objectives for the organization
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements - In-depth understanding of best practices in learning strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience with curriculum development and delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Strong writing and story-telling skills, including a deft ability to communicate outcomes
- Proven ability to use a consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving L&D and QA needs of the company, making consistently strategic recommendations to company leadership
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, hybrid, evolving work environment
- Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
- Demonstrate alignment to our company's values, along with the capability to hire, lead, develop, and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and senior leader engagement experience.
Education and Experience - Bachelors degree in education or related field plus
- A minimum of 10 years experience and/or combination of education and experience required
- Experience with designing and developing a world-class learning and development team within a growing organization required
