Position: SRE Lead with .Net & Azure

Duration: Long term Contract / Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Skillsets:

1. Has significant experience in DevOps implementation and in evolving practices and ways of working through multi-disciplinary teams, business frameworks and culture.
2. Has strong project management background and experience in leading technology change programs.
3. Strong experience in problem and incident management with predictive analysis techniques.
4. An individual who can perform highly in a multi-faceted role facets that include a very strong technical knowledge, and awareness of emergent trends.
5. Strong leadership skills to ensure scrum teams and co-workers are motivated and engaged to deliver against a roadmap.
6. A very strong communicator, able to lead and facilitate discussions across many tiers at BHHC, including functions like architecture, technical specialists, business analysis, team leaders, senior management group, and executives.
7. Experience working with Windows and Linux Containers (focus currently on Windows).
8. High understanding in Non-Functional testing (Performance, Security, Cost Optimization etc.).
9. Highly proficient with AKS, Terraform and Azure Azure ARM, App Services, App Services, Azure BLOB, Azure Functions, Elastic Job Agents, Logical Apps, Messaging, Service Bus, EventHub, Cosmos DB, Azure Dev apps CI/CD pipeline, Azure Service Fabric clusters, Key Vaults, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cognitive Service, ADF , Azure Search, Azure AD,API Connections, Cloud Services(Classic), AKS, Traffic Manager Profile, App Service Plan and App insights, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Azure Arc, etc.,

10. Able to help the team for troubleshooting in case they stuck and assist them to move on.
11. Ability to get up to speed with domain knowledge.
12. Highly proficient with troubleshooting Network and Infrastructure issues
13. Competent in Windows C# build tools and practices including MS Build.
14. Expert in Git, GitOps and ADO philosophy.
15. Expert in Logging and Monitoring tools (Splunk, App Dynamics, Data Dog, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) incorporating frameworks and instrumentations into C# code.
16. Operational experience in maintaining applications.
17. Able to perform CAR(Casual Analysis and Resolution) on the problem and incident management issues.
18. Strong experience in Decision Analysis and Resolution (DAR).
