Role Description
As a TELE/Med-Surg nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients who require continuous monitoring and treatment for medical-surgical conditions. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Registered Nurse TELE / Med-Surg Responsibilities
Assess patients' medical conditions and document findings accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians Monitor and document patients' vital signs and responses to treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols Stay current on developments in medical-surgical care and technology by attending continuing education courses and workshops
Registered Nurse TELE / Med-Surg Requirements
Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing. Active state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required. American Heart Association BLS/CPR ACLS certification Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical TELE setting Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff. Basic computer skills. Experience in tele med surg. EPIC required
Document Requirements
Active RI RN license required AHA BLS required

Shift: 6:45p - 7:15a
40 hour/ week

Upto $2640 weekly gross
