Requirements
As our chosen Painter/Landscaper, everyday you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including light landscaping. Walking the property several times a day and to eliminate trash/debris and perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, weed-eating and removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting, mopping and general cleaning. Maintain and clean dumpster areas and ensure they are emptied and free from debris. Hidden Glen is a beautiful manufactured home community Puyallup, WA and we want YOU to be our Painter/Landscaper!
To thrive in this role:
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Possess a "can-do" attitude with emphasis on positive resident/co-worker relations
Have knowledge of safe and effective use of chemicals
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Have excellent time management and organizational skills, follow maintenance schedule and work with minimal supervision
