NRV Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, is seeking an exceptional Oral Surgery Dental Office Manager to coordinate and oversee our practices' operations.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all practice operations. If you are dedicated, ambitious, and team-oriented, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to exhibit outstanding patient relations, lead staff, manage doctor schedules, and oversee insurance billing and collections.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
  • Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Find ways to increase the quality of the patient's experience
  • Manage practice collections, and patient and insurance billing
  • Ensure productive and efficient provider schedules
  • Deliver direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office staff provide outstanding patient care
  • Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
  • Organize and present financial expectations to patients
  • Oversee the processing of dental claims, and coordinate follow-up to ensure claims are paid
  • Train, develop, and manage team performance to meet the highest quality standards
  • Support marketing initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with referring doctors
  • Complete administrative functions including bank deposits, revenue posting, staff payroll, and invoice processing
  • Run and analyze management reports
  • Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA

Requirements

  • Two years experience in a dental management role preferred
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledgeable in standard OSHA & HIPAA practices & policies.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent patient service
