• Responsible for Training to include New Hire Orientation; Refresher and Post-Accident Training
• Responsible for promoting a positive safety culture
• Build and implement safety plans in conjunction with HSE and Operations teams
• Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections
• Working knowledge of safety metrics and calculations to include TRIR; DOT Accident Rates, etc.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA and DOT regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time

Requirements

• Waste Collection and Recycling Experience at least 3 years preferred.
• Experience with time management skills, prioritizing and meeting deadline expectations
• Basic computer skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
